Our Daycare drop-off hours are between 7am-9am
Doors are locked promptly at 9:15am. If you are running late to drop-off or pick-up, please call the office by 8:45am and leave a message. The staff will check for any messages to see if they need to anticipate a delayed arrival. If you do arrive after 9:15am without leaving a message, we do not have staff at the front desk and the doors may be locked. Please do not knock on the fence or doors as this could cause an issue with the dogs in the yard or in our Enrichment room. Also, please do not walk into the back of our facility past the training room half door, there is the possibility that a trainer may be working with a dog loose in our training room if the Enrichment staff have moved outside or in the backend of the facility.

If you know in advance that you will be unable to arrive during the designated drop-off window, please try to make other arrangements to transport your dog to the facility. If other arrangements cannot be made, we may be able to accommodate a late arrival based on your estimated time of arrival and our own staff’s schedules. If, for some reason, we are unable to accommodate, we will ask that you cancel your scheduled day. A late fee will be charged for late drop off or pick up (after 6:00pm) of $20. Habitual tardiness with or without notice will result in the forfeiture of a regularly scheduled Daycare slot.

Enrichment spaces are limited. Please schedule needed days in advance.
If you need to cancel a scheduled day, please notify the office 24 hours prior to the date. If you do not give a 24-hour notice to the office, the office may assess the missed visit against your package. If you dog is ill or injured on a scheduled day, please inform the office. Injured dogs include, but are not limited to, open wounds or limping or infections.

Ill or injured dogs should not attend Enrichment!
In addition, if your dog appears to be feeling off or “not themselves”, please keep your dog home as many times, dogs are not enjoying Enrichment and can cause fights when in this state. Signs of illness can be, but are not limited to vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, excessive sneezing, discharge from the eyes or nose, lameness, stiffness of joints, tenderness to touch, ear infections, bladder infections, open wounds, etc, please keep your dog home. If your dog comes in with any of the above ailments, we will immediately kennel her and call you to come pick her up. If your dog is on any medications for any ailments, please keep them at home. Some medical conditions will require a release from your vet prior to returning to the Enrichment program. Dogs who are not feeling well may behave differently in the enrichment group. If you have any questions, please contact the office prior to bringing your dog in for Enrichment.
