This class introduces teams to the sport of American Kennel Club (AKC) Rally, a dynamic sport designed to strengthen communication, teamwork, and obedience skills between dogs and their handlers.
This is a 5 week course, with up to 5 teams (dog and one handler).
Through progressive instruction, handlers will learn how to teach and refine foundational obedience behaviors while building engagement, focus, and clear communication. Rally provides both mental and physical exercise while deepening the working partnership between dog and owner.
The next Intro to Rally class begins on Saturday May 30th @ 11am The class runs for 5 consecutive weeks and is $199.Â
Class size is limited to 5 dogs.
Dogs should have a basic obedience foundation prior to the start of class (sit, come, stay).
If your dog displays aggressive or disruptive behavior in class, you may be asked to leave. In this event, you will receive a refund of 50% of the class fee, and we will suggest an alternative training option.
